В работе исследуется авария, произошедшая 22 августа 2016 года в ЕЭС России. Начальные аварийные события случились в энергосистеме Свердловской области на Рефтинской ГРЭС – одной из самых мощных тепловых электростанций России. Затем последовали срабатывания технологических защит и, как следствие, каскадные отключения с нарушением целостности ЕЭС России.</p></sec><sec><title>МЕТОДЫ</title><p>МЕТОДЫ. В рамках поставленной задачи авторами был проведен ряд исследований, направленных на выявление причинно-следственных связей на основе актов расследования аварии.</p></sec><sec><title>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ</title><p>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. Исследованы основания возникновения и развития аварии и выделены главные причины происшествия.</p></sec><sec><title>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ</title><p>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. Составлена единая причинно-следственная диаграмма возникновения и развития аварии с указанием событий, времени их возникновения и связей между ними.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>THE PURPOSE</title><p>THE PURPOSE. The work is devoted to the study and analysis of the accident on August 22, 2016 at the Reftinskaya GRES, which resulted in the operation of technological protection and, as a result, cascade shutdowns with a violation of the integrity of the UES of Russia. It should be noted that Reftinskaya GRES is one of the largest thermal power plants in Russia, with an installed capacity of 3800 MW.</p></sec><sec><title>METHODS</title><p>METHODS. Within the framework of the task set, the authors carried out a number of studies aimed at identifying cause-and-effect relationships on the basis of accident investigation acts.</p></sec><sec><title>RESULTS</title><p>RESULTS. The grounds for the occurrence and development of the accident are investigated and the main causes of the accident are identified.</p></sec><sec><title>CONCLUSION</title><p>CONCLUSION.
