Abstract
There is now no doubt about the fact that any kind of innovation lead to the necessity of making management decisions aimed primarily at ensuring competitiveness, sustainability and reliability as a separate business entities, and they formed a system consisting of a set of this kind of subjects. Clearly, a person or group of persons shall take appropriate action faced with the risk to make a mistake in taking one right in any given situation, or - the optimal solution.
