Electromagnetic and magnetic transmission (a reducer and multiplier) with possibility of transfer of the torque in tight volumes

Abstract

In this article the review of decisions on electromagnetic and magnetic gear mechanisms, including for transfer of the torque to tight volumes is presented. Various approaches in design of these mechanisms - analogy to mechanical gears, magnetic systems on the basis of the phenomenon of a magnetic reduction are considered, etc. Comparison of the received devices with mechanical reducers according to mass-volume and other characteristics is carried out. Options of their possible application are given.
