Abstract
The possibility of improving the rheological properties of the fuel oil by the use of additives of different nature including nanoparticles has been shown. Technological schemes additive dosing have been designed. The evaluation of cost-effectiveness of adding to fuel oil additives based on solid carbonate slurry and the liquid additive Diproksamin-157 have been carried out.

Abstract
The cost of natural gas transport component within the borders of Russia reaches 50% or more, so it is necessary to minimize the expense of innovation. Connecting the electricity and gas business in the form of a merger with the electricity companieigaseous- global trend. The authors developed a method of assessing the effectiveness of the use of electricity for the purposes of the gas transportation system in filling gaps in the schedules reload the night period by the plant. The results show improving the efficiency of nuclear power plants, the growth of utilization of installed capacity (load factor) and the decrease in the total gas consumption in power systems consisting of combined cycle gas turbines (CCGT) and nuclear power plants, in the case of the transition to the interconnection on the basis of nuclear power plants and compressor stations of main gas pipelines, units which are equipped with a gas turbine and electric drive, with the work of the latter in the night (deficit-free) period.

Abstract
Authors considered the question of selection of the optimal sorbent for gas chromatographic determination of impurity compounds in transformer oils. As promising sorbents are offered compositions with fixed liquid phase based on arilarsinovyh acids. They discussed the structure of the substituents on the aromatic ring of influence on selective properties. As the compound with an extreme selectivity offered para-methyl-fenilarsin acid.

Abstract
In the presented article the nature of emergence losses of idling of power transformers, the reasons of increase in these losses during operation is considered. On the basis of processing statistical data values of these changes are estimated. Need of the accounting real losses of idling of transformers at calculation losses of the electric power in distributive electric networks is shown.

Abstract
On the basis of the continuous gradient a method of search of a minimum of function the algorithm of identification of parameters of three-phase asynchronous motor is developed. Computer modeling of processes of identification allowed to reveal essential drawback of the algorithm - a very considerable time of identification. We propose an improved variant of the algorithm, the use of which will create an adaptive system for the identification of parameters of asynchronous three-phase motor.

Abstract
Thin-layer chromatography is one of the most common methods for the determination of furan derivatives in transformer oils. The article suggested improvement in the method by the use of thin-layer plates based on zeolite materials and a variety solvents with different physical and chemical properties.

Abstract
The results of an experimental study of the effect of the gas-dynamic non-stationarity on gas dynamics and the local heat in the exhaust pipe of a piston engine are presented in the article. Two types of resolution of the gas-dynamic non-stationarity exist for exhaust process in internal combustion engines. Thermomechanical non-stationarity is observed for exhaust process in engines. Thermomechanical non-stationarity influence both on the gas-dynamic, and the heat exchange flow parameters. The coefficient of heat transfer mobility takes into account thermo-mechanical non-stationarity when calculating local heat transfer coefficient.

Abstract
The microstructure of pearlitic steel 12Х1МФ spent its servis life has been investigated by the microscope Neofot - 32. To identify the cementite grain and carry out its elemental analysis was used the multipurpose scanning electron microscope ЕVO - 50 c the X - ray spectrometer EDS/WDS. A new formation of an alloyed cementite grain was found out. The picture of diffuse processes in loaded steel was made more exact.

Abstract
We perform the experimental research on particularities of phase changes of heterogeneous droplets based on water with single metallic inclusions. We applied the metals and alloys which are typical of power engineering. Moreover, the lifetimes of 5-15 µl water droplets were determined. We also established the estimated proportion of phase change energies (vaporization) as well as those absorbed by water and metallic inclusions. Finally, we formulated the recommendations how to use the suspensions of water with metallic inclusions in cooling systems of hot surfaces of power engineering equipment, as well as high-temperature gas-vapor flows.

Abstract
The plane problem of forced convection and conjugate heat exchange in a two-phase closed thermosyphon of rectangular cross-section was solved. Numerical modeling was conducted for three filling ratio variants (10%, 25%, 50%) of the heat transfer device under study. It was established that filling ratio increasing leads to a redistribution of the energy accumulated by liquid and vapor, and, respectively, to the thermal regime change of the heat exchanger under consideration. It was shown that an increase in filling ratio decreases the heat transfer rate from the bottom horizontal boundary to the upper boundary and, as a result, the temperature of thermosyphon bottom lid rises.
