Abstract
In article the technique of calculation of parameters of mode "double earth fault on one line" to clarify the definition of damaged sections of line with a branch. As an information parameter in the definition of the damaged section of the network was adopted the level of negative sequence voltage on the side of 0,4 kV consumer substations.

Abstract
The article shows the main provisions of research methodology of micro-thermal power plants based on the internal combustion engine with air cooling and cogeneration which are based on energy balance equation. For technical plant based on the internal combustion engine capacity of 2.4 kW Hitachi conducted a study, which shows the efficiency of cogeneration in the form of useful heat flow from the cylinder head cooling air and then heating it by utilizing the heat of flue gases in an additional plate heat exchanger. In this case, the fuel heat utilization factor can be increased more than twice. Furthermore, the main provisions of technique feasibility comparison of microcogeneration thermal power plants with a heat gun were considered. It is shown that microthermal power plants with cogeneration is more efficient than gasoline generator in combination with a heat gun, and through savings in fuel costs, and can be renewed every four years.

Abstract
The article shows the calculated data on the content of benz(a)pyrene in the emissions of coal-fired boilers, implementing the schematic of coal combustion with flue gas recirculation. In terms of changes in the share of recycling and the level of suctions cold air the concentrations of benz(a)pyrene in exhaust gases. The data for the organization and normal functioning of coal-fired boilers with reliable slag and ash from the combustion chamber. Recommendations the choice of parameters of recirculating gases in order to ensure environmental safety of operation of coal power.

Abstract
Chemical energies and exergies reflect more correctly and completely the energy potentials of fuels than the calorimetric values that generally used in practical calculations. Using chemical energies and exergies for analysis of energy efficiencies in energetic and technological processes may greatly change the estimated levels of efficiencies for different technical systems. Available methods for estimating chemical energies and exergies are described and the results compared. One of the procedures is recommended for practical application in improved form. The results of calculations for coals of Eastern Siberia give as an example.

Abstract
The article considers the influence of opportunities forcing synchronous generator (SG) and a synchronous motor (SM) to provide the required level of the residual voltage at the consumer at short circuits in networks of high voltage. It determines the ability of the equipment to remain in the work during such perturbation by mathematical modeling.

Abstract
The generalized data are presented on the effectiveness of twisted profile tubes (TPT) in steam turbine heat exchangers: condensers, feed water heaters, hot water heaters, oil coolers, general and auxiliary power station heat exchangers. The guaranteed value is specified of the effect of TPT application in specific steam turbine heat exchangers.

Abstract
Carrying out any experimental studies related to the measurement of vibration there are impossible without calibrating of sensors. The objective of calibration is to determine the sensitivity in the operating range of frequencies and amplitudes. For this purpose developed a technique and assembled the device with unified software package in LabVIEW programming environment.

Abstract
This article describes how to determine the moisture content in transformer oil, as even a small amount of it significantly reduces the breakdown voltage of the oil. our research method - vacuum drying, followed by measuring the moisture content by coulometric Karl Fischer titration. On the basis of the experiments concluded that the effect of impurities on the determination of moisture.

Abstract
It should be noted that in recent years, solutions with liquid components have a very wide distribution in the art and are used in many industrial processes, heat exchanging devices. They are also used as the working fluid, fuels, oxidizers, reducing agents, protective devices, cooling and heating media, solvents, propellants, surfactants and other functional substances and materials used in all industries. Therefore, we experimentally investigated the density of sunflower oil depending on the concentration of n-hexane in the temperature range from 293-539,2 and To a pressure 0,101-9.81 MPa. To measure the density of solutions of the sunflower oil + n-hexane used method of hydrostatic weighing and thermal conductivity by a cylindrical bikalorimetr regular thermal regime.
