Abstract
This paper is devoted to a new approach to estimating operation mode parameters and their further optimization. The state estimation and optimization processes are based on a new mathematical model, which consists of energy balance equations. This approach allows to get some advantages compare to a traditional model, where the estimation and optimization tasks are performed separately using classical steady-state equations. The proposed unified model according to the amount of power energy at the certain time intervals gives a better result under the changes of both topology and operation modes, which usually takes place in the distribution grids. The capabilities of the unified model are demonstrated through calculation on power/energy flow test distribution grid.

Abstract
The paper reports on the regimes of flow with high level of pressure pulsations in a laboratory air model of the Francis-99 hydro turbine draft tube. Variation of velocity distributions at the model inlet represented 866 regimes under different conditions of turbine load, including regimes with maximal coherent pulsations of pressure on the model walls. We used contact and contactless methods: acoustic sensors to measure pressure pulsations on the model walls and the laser-Doppler anemometer "LAD-06i" to measure averaged velocity distributions. Analysis of the results showed that in the draft tube cone the precessing vortex core (PVC) is formed. PVC is accompanied by a high increase in the amplitude of the coherent pressure pulsations on the walls and the transformation of the averaged velocity field. It is shown that PVC appears when the integral swirl parameters becomes larger than 0,5.

Abstract
Results of the analysis of influence of methods for solving the equation of transferring of radiation on calculation thermal characteristics of cylindrical furnaces are given. The processes proceeding in a fire chamber are modelled by the two-dimensional equations of energy, transfer of radiation, the movement, k-s model of turbulence and model of burning of natural gas. For the solution of the equation of transfer of radiation the method of spherical harmonicas and a method of discrete ordinates are used. Comparison of calculated values of temperature offurnace gases with experimental data is given.

Abstract
As part of the differential method for calculating complex heat transfer in furnaces held a three-dimensional calculation of temperature and velocity fields of gaseous combustion products when using acoustic burner flame grazing type AGG. The method is based on the joint numerical solution of finite difference analogue of three-dimensional equations of radiation transport, energy, turbulent flow of flue gas and methane combustion model in the air. To account for the selectivity of heat radiation region is divided into six strips. A diagram showing the organization of a three-dimensional simulation of the burner. Results isotherm flatness of the wall around the burner and combustion products in the various sections of the furnace, and also shows the direction of movement of the combustion products.

Abstract
Method of continuous hydrodynamic cleaning of plate heat exchangers with spherical dimples by a working medium blown through bypass ducts from high-pressure zones to low-pressure zones of adjacent dimples has been developed and experimentally validated. Complex effect on dirt caused by an additional bypass jet flow and vortices generated by the main flow allows improving the quality of heat-exchange surface cleaning and prolongs the lifetime of heat exchangers.

This article deals with the distribution of temperature and incident heat flux on the display surface boiler heating TG-104 at work at the Urengoy gas and the thermal efficiency of the burners to reduce the formation of nitrogen oxides. The temperature of the combustion products was measured using an optical method and thermocouple contact method. The incident heat fluxes measured by the radiometer the full radiation. Burned fuel - natural gas according to GOST 30319.1-96 with the lower heat of combustion 35146 kJ/m3.

Abstract
The technical and economic calculations are made in the article. Also the substantiation is presented which confirms a feasibility of the system of continuous monitoring of electric power quality parameters in the underground mine. The system of continuous monitoring was implemented in the site of skip lifting and in the crushing site of technological stowing complex of the underground mine «Mir» of «ALROSA» Company (PJS). In a year of collected measurements this system revealed a number ofproblems which were connected with an inefficient energy consumption. The measures were offered for reducing these consumptions, the economic effect of the introduction of this system was calculated.

Abstract
Such damage as turn-to-turn short-circuits in turbogenerator rotor winding is one of the difficult revealed types of damage nowadays. Thus protection against interturn insulation of a rotor winding damage in turbogenerators isn't established. Such situation is caused by lack of the reliable and approved methods of obtaining unambiguously treated information about damage fixed by regular measuring devices. The lack of relay protection can be offset by the system of technical diagnostics which, basing on indirect evidence, is able to send the diagnostic signal pointing at the emergence of the turn-to-turn short- circuit in a rotor winding. Materials and Methods: During development of the monitoring system methods, digital processing of signals on the basis of adaptive filtration algorithms and mathematical possibility theory application were used. Results: The creation concept of a turbogenerator rotor winding monitoring system technical condition, on the basis of intellectual methods of information processing capable to reveal short circuit of single turn is developed. Conclusions: Condition monitoring of rotor winding allows not only receiving information about technical condition of the device, in operation process extent of damage development, but also could be used for quality check of a new rotor winding production or a rotor after its repair.

Abstract
The structure of Siberian power system installed capacity is characterized by significant amount of hydro power stations (HPS). There is a necessity to make long-term forecasts of Angara and Yenisei series of HPS mode with constant updating for the shortterm planning. Moreover, with modern IT technologies there is no difficulties to create an algorithm for such calculations. Nevertheless, the process of mathematical program description for calculations is rather complicated due to various limitations of water usage. Statistical database that is in use influences sufficiently on reliability of calculated water and energy balances. The software, which is currently in use for Angara and Yenisei series of HPS calculations of mode, does not provide the needed level of calculations variability and reliability entirely. While comparing results of simulations with statistical data of HPS mode, taking into consideration the necessity to plan HPS mode for Siberian power system, the decision was made - to develop proper software “Water and energy balances calculations for Angara and Yenisei series of HPS”. It takes into account HPS interference within series. Furthermore, there is an opportunity to calculate different scenarios of HPS operations. For the current moment the first version of the program is done, according to technical specification.

Abstract
Calculating generation adequacy indices (GAI) is performed not only for planning problems but also for on-line computation. Practically, the main mathematical method for calculating GAI of electrical grid with complex structure is Monte-Carlo simulation (MCS). It provides sufficiently accurate results, but the computation is time-consuming for large systems. On-line GAI computation requires an accurate method with low computation time. For that reason, analytical methods for GAI calculations have been proposed. Most of the proposed analytical methods include a lot of constraints and suppositions in calculating GAI. comparative analysis of the case study results helps to estimate efficiency for the analytical methods. Test results have been calculated by MCS and by analytical calculations based on the supplied demand algorithm. Analytical solution was implemented by the C# and VBA programming language. Input data includes generation set data, generation and load probability indices. The comparison of supplied demand algorithm and MCS in calculating GAI has been made. Guidelines for combined using of analyzed methods have been formulated. Investigation results allow to select proper method for calculating GAI.

Abstract
On the basis of experimental data for the species ЭХ3 compounds (Э=% P, As, Sb; Х =F, Cl, Br, I) it is obtained the quantitative relation between the ionization potentials and dipole moments. Introduced in the asymmetry parameter J, which characterizes the relative size of thedisplacement of the ion Э3- valence shell electrons, allowed to describe the change in value as the dipole moments of the central ions (р^з-) and quadrupole coupling constants e2Qq 3Hlg3compounds. The calculations of the changes of the dipole moments of molecules in excited states and intensities of the absorption bands in the IR-spectra for symmetric vibrations of molecules ЭН1^ were made.
