Abstract
Problems of natural resources rational using, energy efficiency and energy saving are topical at present. As part of this problem is actual task of rational and efficient use of associated petroleum gas. The composition of associated petroleum gas due to the nature of its production variable over time. These changes lead to the violation of the combustion optimal mode in thermal power plants. This article presents the algorithm of combustion optimization of hydrocarbon fuels variable composition, in particular of associated petroleum gas. There were developed the algorithms: the determination of initial ratio "fuel-air" in thermal power plants and to bring this ratio to the optimum; optimization of the combustion process during change of the specific heat of combustion. The algorithms are based on registration of change coolant temperature at the outlet of thermal power plant.

Abstract
The paper represents the results of implementation of liquid and supercritical fluid extraction processes in order to extract oil-products from oil sludge. A mixture consisting of propane (75 wt%) and butane (25 wt%) has been applied as the extractant. Initial oil sludge is characterized by the absence of water and content of solids in an amount of 12.05% by weight. The extraction processes have been conducted in a temperature range of85-160°C and pressure range of 5-50 MPa.

Abstract
The paper suggests a methodology to determine optimal reliability parameters (failure and restoration rates) of heat supply system components, which provide the required level of heat supply reliability. The methodology of solving the stated problem is based on the methods of the theory of hydraulic circuits, nodal reliability indices of heat supply, models of Markov random process and general regularities of cogeneration and heat transfer processes. The results of the practical research based on the calculation experiment that confirms the viability of the presented methodology for the schemes of real heat supply systems are presented.

Abstract
Coal-fired power stations produce of tens millions tons of ash and slag waste, and hundreds of millions cubic meters of gas emissions annual. As part of this work analysis of current methods to reduce anthropogenic emissions in the ash produced by the processing (combustion) of traditional coal fuels was made, advantages and disadvantages of each methods were highlighted. It is shown that both low levels of emissions in the ash and combustion products is difficult to ensure. As a result, it was proposed to use promising coal-water slurry containing petrochemicals instead of pulverized coal. Abstract
In this article the importance of using superconducting technologies in power industry together with SMART GRID based on the analysis of program documents and scientific works has been done, which will allow the maximum extent to solve its problems. The physical principles of contactless suspension and its application in the superconducting energy storage and other promising devices and appliances are examined. The perspective of a superconducting electrokinetic storage of electrical energy (SCESE-1) are offered. The topology of a multilevel electrical network in which the superconducting electrokinetic energy storage device SCESE-1 acts as a regulator of optimizing the energy flows in local power grids is proposed.

Abstract
Currently, the acute problem of timely inspection of overhead power lines. At the same time, one of the main tasks is to monitor freezing to overhead power lines. To solve this problem the device with the possibility of wireless data transmission have been developed without reference to the transmitting stations, comprising a set of sensors needed to measure diagnosed overhead transmission line parameters. The use of modern electronic technology and power supply circuit provides a stand-alone device, since it does not depend on external sources of supply, and producing PTO directly from the line. Wireless data transmission is carried out with the help of wireless modules process automation (WPA). This link allows you to organize not onlyinexpensive network, but also able to repair itself.

Abstract
In this paper reports the results of studies of the surveillance of partial discharge (PD) in the stator the turbine generator (TG) TVF-60-2 when its work on the network. Shown that, for a correct interpretation of the measurement results PD in TG, it is necessary to know winding diagram and the order of their location in the stator slots; circuit crossing them in the end-winding and the stress distribution at the bars in the slot and end-winding part of the TG. Consequently, series-connected stator bars potentially different relative to the ground, the conditions of occurrence of PD in each bar in the slot and end-winding part are substantially different and the phase of occurrence of PD becomes ambiguous parameter.

Abstract
The relevance of this work is in development of mathematical model, which shows the advantage of frequency control of engines of pumps over throttle control. The object of study is boiler station of manufacturing plant. The aim of research is to compare two modes of engines of pumps: throttle control and frequency control, evaluation of energy-saving potential and calculation payback period of frequency controllers. The model was developed in MATLAB Simulink medium. The model was created on the basis of boiler station data. The boiler room includes nine types of pumps. These engines of pumps differ from each other in the manner of work. The monthly average outside temperature is an input parameter of a mathematical model. Temperature of water in supply line and value of pressure vary depending on the outside temperature. Working characteristics of pumps and engines are set with polynomials for throttle and frequency regimes of control. Logic blocks were created to regulate work of pumps depending on monthly average outside temperature. Modeling is prediction of electrical consumption by electrical consumers of boiler station. Time of modelling is 5 year. The modelling process is based on monthly average outside temperature during 5 past years Averaging of experiments results showed energy-saving potential 11% and effective values of payback times for all frequency controllers.

Abstract
It proposed a two-way method of determining the place of the short circuit in the power lines, using the instantaneous values of currents and voltages. This sampling interval is proposed equal to a quarter period of the mains frequency. With this range are excluded even harmonics and odd harmonics are calculated without distortion. Given that zero components in the currents and voltages can be eliminated schematics, low-pass filters can be performed with a cutoff frequency of 250 - 300 Hz. To determine the fault location is proposed to use the parameters of the direct and reverse sequences.

Abstract
The article discusses the possibility of using optical indicators mounted on insulating construction of high voltage lines and substations, for control of insulation condition. We describe the device and operation of an optical defect indicator. It shows the feasibility indication infancy insulation defect indicator when installing the device in a stationary, fixed directly on the insulator, and as a portable device mounted on an insulating rod.

Abstract
The task of calculation of losses of the electric power on the distributive electrical networks (DEN) of 0,4 kV is considered. It is supposed that such perturbing factors as asymmetry of currents and tension, unauthorized selections of the electric power in the networks and parametric uncertainties caused by accidental variations of resistance of interpersonal sections of trunk lines because of changes of climatic conditions act on DEN. Application of the known methods of calculation in these conditions leads to difficult computing procedures. The new technique of assessment of technical and commercial losses of the electric power in DEN oriented for creation of the algorithmic and special software of the appropriate subsystem of the automated control system and the accounting of the electric power (ACSKAE) is offered.

Abstract
The procedure of defining the current of unbalance in turn-to-turn circuit in the winding of transformers is suggested in the article. The basic constituents of the current of unbalance are viewed. The results of experimental researches of currents of unbalance of direct and return sequence depending on the charge of transformer are given. On the results of theoretical and experimental researches the current of return sequence as the most sensitive parameter to the turn-to-turn circuit is defined.

Abstract
A signal light device construction of warning light indication was proposed for road barrier railing. It combines two working modes: passive - light reflective cat’s eye and active -light emitting one. The purpose of the proposal is the improvement of visual informative capacity along with minimal power consumption and as a result the increase of road traffic safety.

Abstract
The method of increase of work and efficiency of complex regenerative cycle with intermediate cooling and heating is considers to account of choice criterion to effective and degree to regeneration of heat outflow gas. The criterion effective is a condition equality effective efficiency of simple and complex cycles , under which is provided increase of work of complex cycle in contrast with other of possible condition. The degree to regeneration correspond of border of intensive increase to surface regenerator. Abstract
The application of semiconductor light sources with a spectral width of tens of kilohertz in the art of continuous Doppler lidar. The influence of the source characteristics of the formation of the zone location. To take into account the design parameters of a semiconductor source and sensitive area photodetector probe and reference channels are represented as lidar imaging system of extended coherent sources. Building location area is regarded as the imposition formed taking into account the size of the radiating surface of the source and the receiver of the sensitive area of the transverse channel image field. The proposed calculation method based on the expression of the principle of Huygens - Fresnel for long coherent sources, allows to take into account the characteristics of the emission spectrum of the optical system, the atmosphere, the size of the flat radiating surface of the source and receiver sensitive area. Results location area calculation method are confirmed by field experiments determining air flow parameters.

Abstract
This paper considers the possibility of applying a drawworks DC motor and a magnetic powder brake as an active bit feed rate regulator. A dynamic mathemat-ical model of the DC motor is presented. The drawworks electric drive control system is described. A computer simulation model of the DC motor, its control system, the mag-netic power brake, and the drill string has been developed with Simulink environment. The drill string is modeled as a spring element with stiffness and compression force being equal to the stiffness and dead weight of an actual drill string. The results from the simulation of a drawworks electric drive operating in a drill string lift mode and in a bit feed mode are presented.
