Abstract
In the article the basic forms of the corrosive elements of those functioning on the underground metallic conduits are examined and their influence on the degree of localization of the electrochemical corrosion of metal is revealed. It is established that as a result interaction of the macros-pair of those located outside and inside the conduit is possible the intensification “external” corrosion of conduit due to “the internal” and directly opposite phenomenon.

Abstract
The major problem now is high-quality wastewater treatment power plants, which are corrosive media with a lot of dissolved and suspended impurities. Reuse of wastewater is only possible after desalting and purification of high-quality suspension. The main way to solve this problem is to introduce a system of high-performance recycled water treatment devices direct-flow vortex.

Abstract
The application of numerical simulation of the fine structure of the absorption and emission in the complex problems of radiative heat transfer is consider when the structural characteristics of the environment and the boundary conditions are different strong inhomogeneities in temperature, chemical composition and distribution of the radiation sources. The very nature of radiative heat transfer and temperature variation trends over time are determined by the acute effects of selection of the spectra and their modeling require knowledge of spectral line parameters: intensity, half-width position of the centers, contours. Compared with the use of approximate methods of calculation functions of the spectral transmittance numerical simulation reveals the effects of enlightenment environment or enhancing its absorption as a function of the temperature field. The effect of the temperature shift of centers the spectral lines over to radiation heat transfer in high-temperature environments is noted. Focuses on the study of the function of the spectral transmission as the main characteristics that define the radiative heat transfer.

Abstract
On the basis of the spent experimental researches of density C4F8 and given other authors the new equation of a state is constructed. The equation provides calculation of thermodynamic properties in superheated steam area and supercritical parameters of a condition octafluorocyclobutane. By means of the received equation of a condition tables of thermodynamic properties are made at temperatures 20 … 450ºС and pressure to 10 MPa. Accuracy of the presented settlement data about density is estimated by authors no more than 0,3 %. The data can be used at calculation of cycles turbine-steam the installations using octafluorocyklobutane as a working substance.

Abstract
In the work is given a statistical analysis of power transformer’s testing results obtained by using frequency response analysis method. The research has been done from the amplitude-frequency characteristics of low voltage windings for twelve autotransformers type of “ATDCTN”. The localization method of most informative resonance in amplitude-frequency characteristics spectrum for detecting mechanics faults of winding is proposed.

Abstract
In this paper, the authors discuss the main features of turbo mechanisms based on improved induction motors for usage as a part of variable speed drive. The article gives a detailed calculation of economic parameters obtained during the operation of improved induction motors consisting of variable speed drives of pump units while implementing various control laws. The greatest reduction in energy consumption is achieved by shared use of improved induction motors with higher energy efficiency in pump units and variable speed drives with frequency converters.

Abstract
Hydroturbine, like any complex system, operates under conditions of various parametrical perturbations as well as perturbations acted from the external environment. In case of worst perturbations, we need to build such laws to control the turbine, which would ensure the stabilization of the turbine rotor speed in the presence of such perturbations with minimum information about the structure of the external factors and the turbine stability. The obtained law of hydroturbine adaptive control provides the control target implementation, i.e. stabilization of the turbine rotor speed and suppression of piecewise constant perturbations due uncertainty of electrical power (the load). The novelty of the work is to construct a turbine rotor speed control law for its non-linear model, based on the principle of integrated adaptation of synergetic control theory, which provides adaptability to worst perturbation without constructing observers.

Abstract
We considered a modified system for a direct control of induction motor torque using a neural network unit for identification of electrical drive parameters. A number of disadvantages for the standard torque control system were identified. We described neural network element synthesis, in order to modify the system and overcome these disadvantages. Our modeling results for the modified system with neural network and neural-fuzzy components are presented.

Abstract
The inclusion drift in a standing sinusoidal fluid-velocity wave at various Reynolds and Strouhal numbers under the action of the viscous force, the virtual mass force, the buoyancy force and Basset force has been investigated. For a given inclusion density, as the standing wave frequency increases, its threshold value, above which the direction of the wave force reverses, is attained sooner or later. For various Reynolds and Strouhal numbers (with and without Basset force), the dependences of the squared threshold drag coefficient on the inclusion density number have been found. These dependences show that with increasing Reynolds and Strouhal numbers the threshold value of the squared drag coefficient decreases markedly. Basset force influence on a threshold value has been investigated. It has been shown, that Basset force influence most on threshold values of low-density inclusions.

Abstract
It was shown by EPR method that increasing of an average manganese concentration in the Pb1-хMnхTe semimagnetic thermoelectric crystals (x > 0,002) leads to an non-uniform distribution of the Mn2+ ions in the body of the Pb1-хMnхTe solid solution and to formation of some microscopic regions where a content of the Mn2+ ions is rather high. In these regions, the effect of the dipolar instability associated with an displacement of the Mn2+ ions from central position to one of the 8 non-central equivalent positions of the tetragonal type is realized. Each of them corresponds to an adiabatic potential well separated from others by energy barriers. An analysis of the angular and temperature dependencies in the EPR spectra shows that the energy barriers between neighboring non-central positions are not very high and this is a reason for an impurity ion to be tunneling through the barriers with frequencies which are higher than the EPR frequency.
