Abstract
One of the main problems that occur during the design of the heat exchangers that operate at elevated temperatures is development of effective methods of calculation for heat carriers heating. The difficulty is that convective heat exchange mechanism with a rise in temperature of heat-carrying agent is strongly enhanced by radiative transfer, and heat flow on the outer channel surface becomes a non-linear function of the surface temperature. This article offers a method that allows evaluating real thermal field both “above” and “below”. While, the solutions quality is estimated at width of boundary zone, the smaller interval between such boundary zones, the higher is the quality of the recommended method.

In article the results of theoretical and experimental researches of composition, rheological and thermophysical properties of mazut coal fuels, based on mazut M100 type и Kuznetsk lean coal are presented. Dependencies to determine dynamic viscosity at different shear rates and mass content of coal dust are obtained. Heat capacity values and thermal conductivity of mazut coal fuels are shown. The obtained results can be used at hydrodynamic parameters calculation during moving in the pipes and heat-exchange apparatus and also using the mazut coal fuels on power and transport plants.

There is now no doubt about the fact that any kind of innovation lead to the necessity of making management decisions aimed primarily at ensuring competitiveness, sustainability and reliability as a separate business entities, and they formed a system consisting of a set of this kind of subjects. Clearly, a person or group of persons shall take appropriate action faced with the risk to make a mistake in taking one right in any given situation, or - the optimal solution.

Abstract
The work is devoted to the definition of «public-private partnership» in the energy sector in view of the multiplicity and ambiguity of interpretation of this concept in the scientific community. This article discusses the main approaches of foreign and domestic researchers in the area of interpretation of this process, as a public-private partnership. Based on the analysis of the definitions of public-private partnership and allocated to the specific characteristics of public-private partnership in the energy sector we have given the definition of public-private partnership in the energy sector. The article also discusses the possible forms of cooperation between the state and the private sector, and identified effective form of implementing PPP projects in the energy sphere. In the conditions, the need to balance the interests of the state and private businesses, effective form of interaction partners in the implementation of PPP projects in the energy sphere can become life cycle contracts.

Abstract
The numerical simulation of heat and mass transfer processes at intensive evaporation of a heterogeneous water droplet (with a solid inclusion - carbon particle) in a high-temperature (more than 800 K) gaseous medium in conducted. The characteristic periods of water droplet heating up to the conditions of an intensive vaporization (reaching of the boiling temperature at the interface “solid inclusion - liquid”) are established. The influence of external gaseous medium temperature, the main properties of inclusion material on these periods is determined. The necessary and sufficient conditions of the intensive vaporization in the system “water droplet with a solid inclusion - high-temperature gases” are pointed out.

Abstract
The analysis methods to identify the parameters of automatic systems and electric motors is performed. It is shown that for the identification of the parameters of three-phase induction motor is advisable to use a continuous gradient method for finding the minimum of a function. A mathematical model of the system of identification of parameters of the induction motor is given. Developed the functional diagram of the device identification. Shown that the device identification can be realized using simple components such as multiplier, adders and integrators.

Abstract
In modern electrical power systems screened and cast current distributors up to 6-20 kV are used. Structurally this equipment represents three current carrying buses each of which has the metal screen. By the same principle the gas-isolated power lines can be carried out. Development of computer models allowing considering correctly skin effect and effect of proximity is necessary for design and operation of the systems equipped with screened current distributors. Such models can be constructed with use of electrical power systems modeling methods in the phase coordinates developed in Irkutsk state transport university. Complex modeling technique of the screened power lines executed on the basis of massive conductors is offered. The technique is based on use of phase coordinates and replacement of massive buses with set of elementary conductors. On the basis of the offered technique it is possible to carry out modeling of screened and cast current distributors, and also the gas-isolated power lines. Except calculation of the mode, the described modeling technology allows to carry out definition of the electromagnetic fields created by current distributors.

Abstract
Considerations are being proposed to the new class of airborne laser facilities for unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), specifically concerning to the on-board laser altimeter and vertical speed gauge (LASG) combined in one device. LASG is designed on the base of conventional units of a laser rangefinder. Distinguishing constructional peculiarities of LASG and its application features are shown. LASG implements the two methods of speed measuring. The first method comprises non-coherent accumulation of receiving signals with calculating the speed as a difference of two measured ranges divided by interval of time between them. The second method employs the linear regression method by finding the straight line that provides the least squares fitting to a series of distances measured in the monopulse mode. The last method could be applied at low altitudes of UAV (< 200 m), giving most accurate results, while the first method is more appropriate for high altitudes (up to 1000 m), where monopulse mode is rather energetically deficient. The ways to optimize these methods are discussed for various flight stages with regard to a function to be performed. The prototype of LASG is described.

Abstract
The results of mathematical modeling and experimental studies of the gas exchange processes in the intake and exhaust tracts piston engines with supercharging and without him was presented in the article. Modeling on the basis of software Diesel-RK, developed in the MSTU named after N. Bauman was made in the work. Experimental studies were conducted on full-scale models of the single-cylinder engine. The calculated and experimental dependences of change of the instantaneous velocity and pressure of the gas flow in the gas paths from the crank angle were presented in the article. The comparison of the results of the studies are summarized. It was found that the most reliable results of numerical simulation are in periods of open valves.
