Abstract
The expediency of using the mathematical description of the generalized electric machine in the identification of the parameters of three phase induction motor. However, the implementation of the algorithm pulse width modulation in three-phase autonomous voltage inverter necessary to make the transition from the variables in the coordinate system of the generalized electrical machines to the variables of the three-phase system. The necessary transformations, the laws of change of the phase voltages of the inverter are carried out. With the help of computer simulation and experimental studies it was shown that the necessary shape of the phase voltages can be implemented in the autonomous voltage inverter with pulse width modulation.

Abstract
In the present manuscript the results of the analysis of structural-group composition of transformer and turbine oils are described based on optical spectra in the range of 850 - 1000 nm. It is shown that in the course of oil aging portion of CH2 groups decreases, CH3 groups increases slightly, CH groups increased significantly. The components from additives is observed in turbine oil spectrum.

Abstract
In the article an overview of the main direction of complex use ash and slag waste from coal-fired stations was provided. The composition of ash waste, methods of isolation of valuable components and the key areas of their further using were noted. The results of the analysis of residual carbon, nitrogen and mineral part of ash and slag from the Kirov and Moscow ash dumps of Kazanskaya heat and power station - 2 were shown and perspective directions their utilization were determined.

Abstract
The mechanism of action and the effect of plasticizing agents on the rheological properties of the suspensions, the solid phase of which is represented monodisperse and bifractional coal dusts have been studied. The results of experimental studies of the viscosity of coal-water fuel with the content of the Kuznetsk coal brand T 60% (wt.), the fine fraction of which is 5% solids have been given. The dependence of the dynamic viscosity of coal-water fuel shear rate using different plasticizers: soda and baking soda, sodium sulphite and technical lignosulfonate have been obtained. It was found that the most effective of these plasticizers is technical lignosulfonate.

Abstract
Pearlite steel 12H1MF from the main steam line control meter run of Kazan CHP-3 after designed production life of 100,000 hours operation was investigated. The study was performed using an optical microscope Neofet - 32 and multi-scanning electron microscope EVO - 50 comparative analysis of the steel surface morphology. The possibility of electron microscopy using to evaluate the points of spheroidization is considered.

Abstract
In this article the review of decisions on electromagnetic and magnetic gear mechanisms, including for transfer of the torque to tight volumes is presented. Various approaches in design of these mechanisms - analogy to mechanical gears, magnetic systems on the basis of the phenomenon of a magnetic reduction are considered, etc. Comparison of the received devices with mechanical reducers according to mass-volume and other characteristics is carried out. Options of their possible application are given.

Abstract
The article presents a nomogram for determining the percentage of resistance voltage switchgear and an additional line resistance due to heating of the conductor in the value of the total resistance line shop networks, that allows to specify the value of the equivalent resistance network and, consequently, reduce the error in the determination of power losses.

Abstract

Abstract
Mathematical modeling of conductive - convective heat transfer in a closed rectangular area with thermally conductive enclosure structures in conditions of radiant heating of internal boundaries is passed. The fields of temperature and stream functions for the two possible descriptions of the radiant energy distribution (even distribution of heat flow only along the lower horizontal boundary and the Lambert's law radiant energy distribution along vertical inner surfaces) are obtained. It is established that the absorption of radiant fluxes by vertical enclosure structures radiant flux increases the temperature gradients in the characteristic sections. Scale of the influence of turbulence on the flow rate of heat transfer is showed.

Abstract
Analysis of influence of scroll vacuum pump end section parameters on its power characteristics is carried out with the help of mathematical model. Dependence of indicated power on vacuum inlet pressure is obtained for a different number of scroll wraps and compression time. It is shown that the increase of compression time does not result in considerable increase of indicated power in high pressures range but results in power decrease in low pressures range.
