Abstract

This article presents the results of development of mathematical and computer model of heating network for the city of Samara. The  heating network includes three heat sources: Samara State Regional Power Plant, «Centralnaya» and «Privokzalnaya» heating boilers. The model development is based on the electronic – hydraulic analogy. In particular, Kirchhoff's laws were used. In order to approximate the  model to the real network, the method of automatic identification of  the model was applied. Depending on the number of points with known experimental data, the accuracy of identification was 3 -  5%. The research allowed developing plans for an optimal  reconstruction of heating network. The obtained results can be used  for designing heating systems of big cities, heating systems and  circulating systems of thermal power plants, as well as for any other multi – ring branched pipeline systems.

Abstract
The current situation is demonstrated. The process within a certain heat service company is shown. Direct connection for service water warming is typically used now. The paper features that heat energy should be transferred from the hot water network via a heat exchanger, and is then used in a secondary, hydraulically separate circulation in the building.

Abstract
Today we observe an increase in the amount of cogeneration plants with capacity up to 25 MW. We offer the approach that allows more efficient use of distributed generation. Distributed generation, when combined in a isolated local power system, can be considered as an effective means of ensuring the reliability and survivability of individual territories and power system as a whole. And this, in turn, allows us to speak about improving energy security.

Abstract
Introduction of the automated metering stations and regulation (AITP) located directly in the heated building besides creation of comfortable conditions indoors leads to decrease in consumption of thermal energy. In work influence of stage-by-stage introduction at consumers of automatic metering stations and regulation on heat supply of the consumers, most removed from the central heat distribution station (CHDS), connected according to the elevator scheme is analysed. Assessment of decrease in heatconsumption of the residential quarter taking into account stage-by-stage introduction of AITP is executed and laboratory experiments are made. Comparison of data of the obtained as a result of calculations, laboratory researches with the values received from metering devices of the operating system of heat supply is carried out.

Abstract
This article explores RS-485, Ethernet interfaces performance, quality of communication channels, currently used for the organization of information collection and transmission substations. It is suggested to use GPON-based passive optical network technology as a solution to the existing problem of electromagnetic effects on copper communication channels and high cost of telecommunications equipment (switches, routers, gateways) for fiber-optic channels. It is also calculated (Ping) and analysis (BER) for GPON technology. It was concluded, that it’s feasible to organize information collection and transmission system with the GPON-technology.

Abstract
The paper presents an analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness different methods for reduction the power loss and voltage in the distribution networks by changing and building a new network topology using the software PSS/ADEAPT. We developed and applied the new algorithm for calculating distribution circuit. The calculation results by the software show that a change network topology is highly effective in practice and applicable to any mode of network operation.

Abstract
In this article identified the mass transfer and hydrodynamic characteristics of deaerators operation of thermal power plants when used as a desorbing agent of natural gas supplied to the boiler furnace. It was estimated theoretically required and real specific consumption of natural gas to ensure regulatory quality deaeration. The article presents the calculation of hydrodynamic characteristics of jet-bubbling atmospheric deaerator with undescended perforated plate when operating on natural gas. The calculation result shows the possibility of using commercially available atmospheric deaerators for the implementation of new technology of low-temperature deaeration of the water.

In the article developed a mathematical model expansion and contraction of a real gas. Article shows the relationship between the isentropic efficiency of the compressor and the isentropic efficiency of the compressor stages. It was proved the need for a real gas model to find the optimal degree of compressed air in the compressor.

Abstract
The main tasks of experimental research of thermal and mechanic processes in the intake and exhaust systems of piston internal combustion engines are to assess the impact of the configuration of pipes on the intensity of local heat transfer and the development of ways of its optimization. Data about intensity of the local heat transfer are the basis for determination of heating of the air (at intake), cooling exhaust gas (at exhaust), calculation of thermal stresses in the nodes and details of intake and exhaust systems. Results of experimental investigation of the instantaneous local heat transfer in the intake and exhaust pipes of different configurations for piston internal combustion engines are presented in this article. It is established that the cross profiling of the intake and exhaust pipes of piston engines leads to a de-crease in the local heat transfer intensity in the range of 5 to 20 % depending on the crankshaft speed.

Abstract
In this paper reports on computer modeling of discharge processes in dielectric Multisim environment. The simulation was performed for partial discharges measuring circuit with a current sensor in the chain of isolation grounding. The simulation results show the dependence of the shape and amplitude of a partial discharge signal from junction type parameters and measurement circuit. An explanation is offered that reason for the polarity of the detected PD can be both positive and negative, regardless of the polarity of the power frequency voltage, is a sign of the rate of change of voltage (dU / dt) at the time of partial discharge, which may be random in nature.

Abstract
The power supply of urban electric and railway transport is a complex multi-level system, consisting of a large number of devices, among which the most important is the contact network. One of the main elements of a contact network are the supports (poles), providing a specified position of a catenary in the plan and profile above the roadway, thereby implementing a transmission rolling stock and the reliability of the current collection. The main and important issue is ensuring strength, reliability and less complexity of connecting pipes of different diameters in their manufacture. To take account of the effect of all applied loads, the authors proposed a unique method and made a special stand is-1, which allow to accurately simulate operating loads and provides ease of load cases in the test process The studies showed that the proposed method of testing poles is the most accurate method to simulate the load acting on it and provides easy loading support in the testing process. Held on the proposed methodology of field tests of serial support OGK-7 on a specially made stand is-1 showed a good convergence of the theoretically calculated values of stresses and strains with the experimental ones (discrepancy does not exceed 7%).
