Abstract
The specified calculation method of difficult electrical power systems modes in phase coordinates allowing defining correctly mutual electromagnetic influences in near, intermediate and distant zones of integral of Carson is offered. For near and far zones the approximating expressions, and for the intermediate direct calculation of ranks to which the integral is reduced are used. Because of complexity of wires interferences in multi wire system it is required use of phase coordinates. Such opportunity the program Fazonord complex developed by authors which allows replacing the long multi wire line with the chained scheme. As in a program complex at calculation of the mode the trellised equivalent circuit of multi wire system by use of expressions for own and mutual resistance of separate wires is formed, the algorithm of Carson formulas realization accepted from the point of view of coverage of near, intermediate and distant zones and possessing sufficient speed for carrying out repeated calculations is required. The technique is realized in the program Fazonord complex developed in Irkutsk State Transport University with coverage of near, intermediate and distant zones. The program complex allows carrying out calculations of electrical power systems modes in phase coordinates and it is correct to determine the induced voltage taking into account the high harmonics at various sizes of width of rapprochement of adjacent power lines and values of earth resistance.

Abstract
For identification of parameters of the asynchronous three-phase motor and its loading it is necessary to have information on currents of a short-circuited rotor. On the basis of a continuous gradient method of search of a minimum of certain and positive function from not knittings of the equations of the generalized electrical machine the method of identification of parameters of the asynchronous three-phase motor and currents of a short-circuited rotor is developed. The function chart of the device of identification is developed. Possibility of realization of this device with use of simple elements, such as multipliers, adders and integrators is shown.

Abstract
This paper presents a simple and practical technique of Rogowski transducers for measuring small currents at low frequencies. The parameters of the Rogowski coil with the affiliate integrator is established to deduce the transfer functions. Main features of a design - such as the time constant of source and time constant of feedback - are described. Relationships between the sensitivity, the bandwidth of the transducers are investigated. Results of Micro-Cap program design are disclosed. In addition, for obtaining the maximum voltage output the effect of matching were considered. Results show that the sensitivity and bandwidth of transducer simply optimized by usage proposed parameters.

The equations of the conservation of the momentum and energy are solved numerically using the finite volume method. Abstract
The aging of paper-oil insulation is determined by changing the value of its degree of polymerization. Used today ways to assess the degree of polymerization of paper-oil insulation of high voltage equipment has the following disadvantages: labor input and long-time produce a result, the high cost analysis, environmental pressures, the complexity and high cost of automation. We propose a method of estimating the degree of polymerization of the paper insulation implemented by measuring the reflectance of paper in the visible wavelength range, taking into account the effect of transformer oil.

Abstract
The specific approach to the parametric profiling of the 2D compressor blades during multicriteria optimisation is discussed in the paper. Special topology is presented where suction and pressure sides are described by Bezier curves. Recommendations are given for problem definition features during optimisation process together with results of particular tasks. Optimisation was realized with in-house codes for profiling, ANSYS CFX for CFD modelling and IOSO for automated multicriteria optimisation.
